I provide nature connection experiences for customers in Hampshire and Berkshire and by doing so I aim to enhance my client’s:
- mental health and emotional well-being
- reciprocal relationship with the natural environment.
To do this, I guide forest therapy walks (sometimes called forest bathing or Shinrin-Yoku) which can be described as 3 hours of mindfulness in the forest. It’s not a brisk walk with lots of chat, rather simply and often silently connecting to the natural world through our senses. I hope that participants will come to realise how worthwhile this form of self-care can be, while also deepening their connection to Mother Earth.
