Once My VIP Card has been purchased, we will email your app log in details within 3 working days please check your spam folder in your email as sometimes our emails arrive there, If you have purchased a My VIP Card this will be sent within 7 working days. Please note we do open at the weekend.
At peak times this may rise to 10 days, My VIP Card accepts no liability for postal delays, If you do not receive your card within 2 weeks of purchase please email [email protected] and a replacement card will be issued.
Your My VIP Card will be valid until the expiry date shown on the back of your card, You can find this on your digital My VIP Card in the My VIP Card app
My VIP Card Annual is a subscription and will be automatically renewed on the anniversary of purchase, we will endeavour to remind you of this , but it is your responsibility to cancel in advance if you do not wish payment to be taken. Your price will be fixed at purchase price unless notified. If you do not cancel your subscription before we take payment you will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
Your My VIP Card Membership number can and may be used to track your card usage.
My VIP Card is issued by and remains the property of My VIP Card Limited , My VIP Card Limited reserve the right to withdraw the card at any time.
My VIP Card reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme at any time without notice.
My VIP Card to be used by the purchaser unless stated that you are buying as a gift, the name of the card holder must be specified at time of purchase.
Your Discount Card is strictly non-transferable and so cannot be used by either friends or other third parties , however members of your household can use the card at the discretion of the vendor , this does not extend to family who live outside of your address, proof of address may be required.
To qualify for the discounts stated on the website, the card must be presented at the time of payment , where possible this must be in person , some businesses will require you to send over your membership number and they will present you with an online discount code.
Businesses can ask to see your My VIP Card at any time so please bear this in mind when using codes, codes must not be shared with people who have not purchased the My VIP Card.
Please check the terms and conditions of the particular offer you are interested in before making a purchase.
Where a Retailer requires you to pre-book (e.g. hairdresser, restaurant) you should state at the time of booking that you intend to use your My VIP Card.
In all other circumstances, you must inform the Retailer that you have a My VIP Card immediately prior to the point of purchase
When redeeming a discount that requires a discount code, this must be used at time of purchase , Card must be shown in person when redeeming the service, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
My VIP Card do not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
My VIP Card reserve the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used the card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.
Businesses reserve the right to leave the scheme by giving 30 days notice.
My VIP card are not responsible for any complaints or issues with the individual businesses offering discounts, these must be bought up with the businesses themselves.
Refunds will not be issued if you have problems with the service you receive from our business partners, this must be put in writing to the business concerned, however please let us know if you have experienced difficulties
Discounts may not be redeemed for cash.
At My VIP Cards discretion, we may exchange products or service on the card for a similar reward at any time.
If you have lost your My VIP card please contact us and we will create you a digital replacement.
We will use our reasonable endeavour to notify participants one month before expiry date although we have no obligation to do so.
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to issue a Card and may withdraw a Card from a participant at any time.
Alcohol is sold at participating outlets during licensing hours only to customers aged 18 years or over.
My VIP Card will not be under any obligation to become involved in any dispute between you and any participating Retailer. Any complaints should be taken up with the participating Retailer.
My VIP Card is not to be resold.
You have the right to cancel My VIP Card at any time however a refund will not be issued.
My VIP Card will not be responsible for any indirect losses, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages, lost opportunities, loss of profits, anticipated profits, actual or anticipated savings.
My VIP Card does not limit its liability at law for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.
The Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The above terms and conditions are valid from November 30th 2017 until further notice.
My VIP Card Limited reserve the right to remove any business from the scheme without warning.
By listing your business on the My VIP Card website you agree to give the discount specified in your advert to My VIP Card holders
Should you wish to leave the scheme we require written notice of 1 month
Listings are free for card holders, for non card holders it is £15 per year admin fee
